Shipping costs vary depending on country and location. Express shipping via Australia Post is a flat rate of $13 AUD nationwide within Australia, or $25 USD for international markets.
Once your pillow has been removed from the storage bag, keep it in arms reach. Hold your baby in your arms to begin feeding. Once you have attended to your baby’s needs first, continue to hold your baby while you slide and lean your arm, hand, wrist, or elbow onto your Feeding Friend. Make sure you reposition your pillow at the desired angle to help you relax your body and feel comfortable while connecting and nurturing your growing baby. Feeding Friend is designed to reduce Carpal Tunnel Syndrome by providing a surface for your arms and hands to rest on while you cradle your baby. Feeding Friend is not designed to replace your arms.
Your baby must always be held while using your Feeding Friend.

Depending on which country you live in, your pillow can take 2 days – 4 weeks to arrive.* You will receive a notification email with tracking details, once your order has been shipped.
* Please note, circumstances outside of our control such as environmental disasters, Covid-19 pandemic and other unforeseen circumstances can delay shipping. We will do our best to ensure you receive your order by committing to process your Feeding Friend, within 48 hours upon order being received. If you need your pillow urgently, or have any concerns with shipping, please email [email protected] with your name and order number as the subject.
Feeding Friend will offer a replacement or full refund, if your product is faulty and purchased via our website. Please communicate the fault in writing to [email protected]
Position your Feeding Friend pillow in any direction, at any angle directly under your arm, hand, wrist or elbow. Pillow can be used in several positions to suit your body and growing baby. First step is to securely position your baby to feed or to simply cradle. Once your baby is safely being held, use your free hand to position the pillow in any direction under the loading arm. The wedge shape offers various levels of support so it can be facing towards or away from your body or even across your lap. Please refer to our home page for examples of positions of use.
